RETURNS & WARRANTY

What is your returns policy? 

If any item develops a fault within 12 months please contact us to arrange repair.  If we cannot repair we will exchange the item.

 

Do you refund?

No we do not offer any refund

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

All items come with a 12 month on site warranty.  There is 36 months warranty on all Hikvision Parts Only. If your item develops a fault then contact us to arrange a repair.  If we cannot repair we will exchange the item.  We do not offer refunds.  

PAYMENT OPTIONS

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Debit Card and all major Credit Cards. We Also take online Payments.

REMOTE VIEWING & NOTIFICATIONS 

Remote Viewing? 

Remote Viewing of CCTV is available on your phone or tablet.  There is no additional cost for remote viewing but this is not covered in your guarantee.  This is due to factors beyond our control.  The system relies on your Internet provider to push the notifications to your device, so if your internet drops out or isn't up to speed you may not receive notifications.  It also relies on your mobile signal being in a good reception area.  Due to these reasons we cannot offer any support or warranty on missed notifications.  Any call out regarding remote viewing will incur a £35 call out fee which you can book through our online store.  Notifications can be setup to your mobile which include: Motion Detection, Line Crossing or Intrusion Detection.
